A Greek Passport and Citizenship can only be applied for after having obtained the Greek Residency for 7 years

• Citizenship gives a physical Greek Passport
• Becoming a citizen of Greece does not have any tax implications unless you move to Greece and spend at least 183 days (6 months) per year in Greece But in order to qualify and get citizenship you need to spend at least 183 days per year in Greece during 7 years
• Can live, study and work in any EU member countries, not just in Greece

Cyprus

Cyprus is a former UK colony and has been a Member State of the European Union since 2004

In Cyprus there are various Citizenship and Residency programs for foreign citizens to promote foreign investments

Non-EU individuals can obtain residency or citizenship through making an investment in the country, in real estate or government bonds

12. Tax in Cyprus is not charged based on citizenship but by residency, and individuals are considered a tax resident in the country only when they spend more than 183 per year in Cyprus

Spain

This grants a non-EU national a residency Visa in return for an investment in real estate

Once the investor has obtained his Golden Visa residency, he will have 2 years to reside legally in the Spanish territory

Once this time period has finished, the applicant can renew this permit for 5 additional years

After 2+5 years you can get a permanent residency

10. Although a holder of a Golden Visa has the right to work in Spain, he/she must have sufficient financial means to live without a job (and to maintain his family, in case they apply as well). Sufficient funds mean an annual bank deposit of € 26,400 for the investor and € 6,600 for each member of his family

12. Spending more than 183 days in Spain during the calendar year you are considered to be a tax resident

20. You have the right to remain in Spain for an unlimited period of time and in the rest of the Schengen Area for 3 months within a period of 6 months, during the period in which the Visa is valid.

22. A holder of Golden Visa in legal age (+18 year) will get a work Permit and can work in Spain. He can work for any type of employer.
23. Can operate own company
24. Can register and own business in Spain. He can invest 500,000€ in a hotel and work in this business himself
25. Can bring spouse, children under 21 years of age and parents
26. Must have public or private medical insurance covering your stay in Spain. However families will have access to all public services including state medical care

Grenada

VISA: Grenadian Citizenship

Applicants and their families may acquire citizenship of Grenada in exchange for purchasing a property or real estate share or a significant contribution to the country.  

Applicants must apply through agents, and may not make submissions to the Government on their own behalf

Currently Grenada is the only Caribbean Citizenship by Investment program that offers also United States E-2 treaty program for additional fee starting from 100,000$.
